With the law that came into force on 25 November 2014 for public establishments (restaurants and similar), excluding cooking and meal preparation uses, the bottles must have a cap that does not allow them to be used again after the original contents have run out.   From a selection of the Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino varieties from the Municipality of Sarteano, we have obtained an oil in strict compliance with the specifications imposed by the Consortium for the Protection of Tuscan Protected Geographical Indication extra virgin olive oil.   Approved as per sample with the additional geographical mention Colline Senesi. Harvest 2022 and to be consumed preferably by 5/31/2025
