Flavor characterized by medium green fruitiness and a balanced spicy and bitter taste. ORIGIN: in compliance with the IGP "Olio di Puglia" specification, it is obtained from olives grown and pressed in Puglia, Italy. TERRITORY: Everything takes on the contours of a sensory experience from another time. The persistent and fragrant smells of the earth and its fruits, the thousand shades of colors that fade into each other, kissed by the sun and framed by a clear sky and a sea that appears in all its explosive beauty. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: thanks to its fresh and vegetal flavour and its balanced spicy and bitter taste, it goes well with any dish. Ideal raw on vegetables, legumes, meat, fish or shellfish, or simply to season excellent salads.
