Sulla honey BIO

Sulla honey from I Frutti del Sole smells of flowers and freshly cut grass. It comes from the red flowers of Sulla, a spontaneous leguminous plant that blooms between February and March in the internal hilly area of Sicily and which retains its character. It is a honey that crystallizes spontaneously, forming a compact mass of medium or fine crystals. It appears colorless to straw yellow when liquid; white to light beige when crystallized. Its flavor is very delicate with a vegetal note. It has laxative, diuretic and purifying properties.
