Sorsi di Sicilia Bianco Veg Without Added Sulphites IGP BIO is an excellent wine made from Sicilian organic white grapes: Zibibbo, Catarratto and Grillo. Very aromatic and fresh, it is ideal to accompany aperitifs, fish and white meats. The Mannirà winery extends across the rolling hills of the Marsala hinterland, an area suited to the cultivation of vines. The particular pedo-climatic conditions and the constant and passionate work of the winemakers, together with the refined winemaking techniques, allow the company to create products of great value. All the vineyards are managed under organic farming, as certified by Bioagricert srl. All the grapes are vinified on the farm.
