Syrah "DOC Sicilia" Vitese BIO

The Vitese Syrah from the Sicilian Colomba Bianca wineries is an organic and vegan wine. It has a ruby red color with violet reflections. Its aroma leads us to imagine berries (blackberries) and violet flowers. In the mouth the flavor is that of a robust and well-structured wine: enveloping and penetrating, with a long aromatic persistence. Ideal sipped as an aperitif or after a meal, especially with platters of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. It goes excellently with boiled meat dishes and baked meats. The grape variety is 100% Syrah.
