Packaging: 6 bottles of 0.75 lt Red wine Nero d'Avola Bio D.O.C Cantine Fina's Nero d'Avola Bio D.O.C Red Wine is an intense and fruity red wine, produced with the most famous red grape variety in Sicily. Originally from the Valle di Noto area, this variety has acclimatised well in western Sicily and in particular in the inland area of Marsala. It is a young and fragrant version, which aims above all to enhance the rich fruit and the immediacy of drinkability. The vinification in steel preserves the notes of cherry, berries and aromatic herbs, which characterize the aromatic profile of the grapes. It is therefore perfect to taste with the tasty first courses of Sicilian cuisine. The Vino Rosso Nero d'Avola Bio D.O.C has a young and dynamic face and is produced by one of the most important protagonists of the panorama of wines in the Marsala area. Cantine Fina is a recent reality, which has been able to establish itself for the quality of its wines and for a particular attention to the enhancement of the native Sicilian vines. The production of a Nero d'Avola label with a typically varietal and Mediterranean profile fits into this logic, which well describes the character of the territory. The vines are grown near the sea and the grapes ripen thanks to a warm, dry and always well-ventilated climate. Precisely the favorable soil and climatic conditions have made it possible to embrace the principles of organic agriculture and to create labels with an authentic, healthy and genuine taste. The Vino Rosso Nero d'Avola Bio D.O.C of Cantine Fina comes from the grapes of vineyards grown in the Contrada Bausa area, at an altitude of about 600 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with the classic vinification and maceration on the skins. The wine ages for a few months in steel and completes its refinement process with 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market. In the glass it shows a ruby red color with light violet reflections. The aromas are reminiscent of small red berried fruits, ripe cherries, slightly spicy nuances and hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. The sip is intense, rich, with subtle tannins and a juicy texture, which anticipates a fresh and persistent finish. All the youthful pleasantness of Nero d'Avola. Vineyard: Type: Red.
