Vivitis Red Without Added Sulphites BIO

The Vivitis Rosso Without Added Sulphites from the Gorghi Tondi winery is the result of Tenuta Gorghi Tondi's desire to interpret the prince of Sicilian wines in a different, fresh and natural guise, through a strictly organic production method, without adding sulfur dioxide during the phases of production. The color of the wine is intense ruby red. The nose is cherry, with notes of Mediterranean scrub and a light spiciness. On the palate it is rich and balanced, with tannin present but well integrated, with great aroma, persistence and good minerality. The Lake Preola and Gorghi Tondi Nature Reserve, a true treasure of biodiversity, was established in 1998 and is managed by WWF Italia Onlus.
