The pizza in the oven at home is airy and crispy with our baking mix for pizza dough in the Neapolitan style. It contains the natural sourdough that is so perfect for crispy pizza bases. You only add dry yeast, a little oil, lukewarm water and some time so that the dough can rest in a warm place before it goes into the oven. You can also form two baguettes from the basic dough and bake them in the oven. Our tip: add a tablespoon of olive oil with herbs or peperoncini to the pizza dough for a particularly Mediterranean treat. Or you season the pizza base before baking with our unsurpassed pizza seasoning. Now only mozzarella, basil, tomatoes or whatever you love on your world's best crispy pizza - delicious! More of that! This is important to us: Made according to our own recipe, without preservatives and additives Note on baking time: We made a small mistake when specifying the baking time for the pizza. Bake the pizza for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough and the oven +/- 5 minutes.
