For our Penne Peperoncino we also add chili to the original Italian recipe. The slightly spicy noodles are homemade and air-dried. This is the only way they get their rough surface, which absorbs the sauce particularly well. Each pack comes with a delicious recipe from the Gepps pasta world: We make an Italian pasta salad from our Penne Peperoncino. Fits well with: Sugo or pesto and spicy dishes.
