Inspired by the traditional flavours of Easter simnel cake, each tin houses a delicious gin with distinctive notes of fresh apricot, elderflower and orris root as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper to create a refreshingly light, fruity, floral number. Tasting Notes The Nose: has earthy base notes with apricots rising as the top note. The Mouth: juniper sits at the forefront, with an elderflower body, and fresh apricot coming through to finish this beautiful spring blend.
