GIN

The initial flavor of our gin confirms that it is a gin (some gins are practically only flavored vodka), because it is the juniper that we smell first, then it is other ingredients, including citrus fruits, coriander and lavender, which reveal themselves on the palate. It evokes prolonged Provençal sunsets, a warm sun at the edge of a swimming pool or under the parasol of a café on a village square. Our gin is Provencal and proud of it!
