AUTUMN GIN

Gold Medal at the 2024 General Agricultural Competition Our Autumn Gin is the improbable result of carrot fermentation.   We combined them with citrus, hazelnuts, tonka bean and a hint of ginger.   This recipe was designed in the spirit of a carrot cake, to push the limits of creativity with this extravagant and close to the earth gin.   No synthetic flavoring or sugar has been added to our juices, their roundness comes only from mature and fermented fruits, which makes all the difference and particularity of our distillates. 40°C
