Our Gin d'Automne is the unlikely result of fermenting carrots. We married them with citrus fruits, hazelnuts, tonka bean and a hint of ginger. This recipe has been designed in the spirit of a carrot cake, to push the limits of creativity with this extravagant and close to the earth gin. No synthetic aroma or sugar has been added to our juices, their roundness comes only from mature and fermented fruits, which makes all the difference and the particularity of our distillates. 40°C
