SWEET CALABRIAN SAUSAGE - Made in Italy

Calabrian sausage is among the oldest and most traditional cured meats in Calabria.   The sausage preparation technique is passed down orally from generation to generation and occurs through the observation of centuries-old procedures.   The entire process takes place under the observation of the older subjects, custodians of tradition and preparation techniques. Our sausage is made from shoulder meat combined with pork lard, flavored with Calabrian chilli pepper and wild fennel from our fields.   This product is part of the "GOLD Line" which has the characteristic of being processed without any type of preservative, neither added nor present in any ingredient (organic sauce, natural Calabrian chili pepper and above all natural casing degreased without the use of chemical additives ).   Ideal for those who are careful to choose genuine and healthy products.
