Small flakes of certified organic and gluten-free oats

The essential breakfast item, our small oat flakes are certified organic and gluten-free.

 They are obtained from crushed oats.   Oats are a whole grain cereal, particularly rich in soluble fiber which helps maintain normal cholesterol levels and helps reduce blood sugar peaks. Small oat flakes contain minerals, such as phosphorus, magnesium, selenium, copper, manganese, calcium, zinc and high levels of iron, B vitamins.

 They are interesting for people who eat gluten-free, those who monitor their blood sugar but also people with type 2 diabetes since they limit the production of insulin thanks to the fibers which slow down the absorption of carbohydrates in the intestine and reduce the blood sugar.

 Small oat flakes are used to make the famous porridge, but also granola.   They add crunch to your biscuits, cookies, cakes, crumbles... You can also make breadcrumbs with them. Origin: EU GI: 60
