With a selection of high quality semolina we are able to obtain tagliolini and semolina tagliatelle that are traditionally kneaded and rolled out to create a pastry which is then cut to have the desired shape. 

With a unique and unmistakable flavour, these artisanal specialties are produced with care and dedication in our laboratories.
