As a trained jeweler and sculptor, I work with many different mediums. But there’s just something about working with wire that really fascinates me. And since I tend to make people the focal point of my works, it just feels natural.
Everything you see here is made completely by hand by me. I put every bit of my heart into these creations for you to enjoy in your home or office, or to give as a gift to that one person everyone has on their list that seemingly has it all.
I wrap each sculpture layer by layer in a free-form way. Sometimes, this flows easily for me while other times, I cannot rest until my figures are in the perfect angle and position to evoke the feelings I want to convey.
To me, body language, movements, and expressions are art forms. It is my goal with every design, with every wrapping of wire, to depict these in a way that says everything without saying a word.
In doing these larger-scale sculptures, I evolved techniques for making ‘micro-sculptures’ into wire jewelry options too.
From big sculptures to small jewelry, but with the same passion, sculpting
forms and capture movement, power, and emotion.
I am the artist, designer and craftsman. A one woman operation focused entirely on small scale productions. Every piece is one of a kind, a few might be similar, but no two are ever the same. Traditional metalsmithing techniques are prioritized over the speed and mass production of a factory line. My intention has always been to make each piece with love.
