Organic elderflower pearl (traditional bottle fermentation)

TRADITIONAL FERMENTATION IN BOTTLE. The "BIO Elderflower Pearl" is the refinement of our existing classic, the pure elderflower miracle (in organic* quality). With only 7% ABV, fine perlage, more intense Elderflower on the nose and palate, a good balance of acidity and sweetness well chilled (6-8°C). enchant! SPECIAL FEATURE: Mixed with water, an ORGANIC elderflower wine is first produced from the ORGANIC elderflower extract. This is then refined into a sparkling wine-like beverage using traditional bottle fermentation for nine months. This creates a pressure of approx. 4.5 bar in the bottle. After about a week of shaking, the bottles are disgorged, dosed to a residual sugar content of 30g/L and finished. Total acidity 6.1g/litre. Only 7% Vol.Alk. First and current vintage: 2020.
