Elderberry Liqueur - 20° - 70 cl

In just a few years, elderberry liqueur has become a must-have for aperitif cocktails. 

Fresh and floral, it knows how to delight fans of weak spirits. This Elderberry liqueur is obtained by maceration of elderflowers in neutral alcohol. 

We then adjust the alcohol level by adding sugar syrup and our Black Elder brandy which allows the aromas to develop. Tasting notes: - Nose: intense and floral, the scent is subtle and delicious - Mouth: very fine, we find the freshness of elderflower and the deliciousness of the berry, as well as notes of lychee - Finale: beautiful original length Usage tips : - In kir with white wine or sparkling wine - In “Hugo Spritz” - Pure served over ice or chilled
