Nusbaumer Bergamot Liqueur - 20° - 70 cl

Our Bergamot liqueur offers a refreshing and tangy flavor among our range of Original Liqueurs. As an aperitif, as a digestive or accompanied by cocktails, it will delight lovers of citrus liqueurs. This liqueur is produced by macerations in two stages: 1st maceration of 8 days of fresh fruit in a neutral alcohol in order to to be distilled in a still. The distillate obtained then serves as the basis for the 2nd maceration of bergamot peels. After 10 days of infusion, it is adjusted with a sugar syrup and reduced to the degree with Steige spring water, before cold filtration which perfects the manufacturing. Tasting notes: • Nose: very fragrant, a dominance of lemony notes • Taste: slightly bitter and spicy, with beautiful citrus notes (lemon - orange) • Finish: complex and persistent Usage tips : - Pure as a digestive, served chilled or on ice - In various cocktails - or with tonic or spritz - In pastry (crème brûlée) - For dessert (glazed balls such as grapefruit - green tea - lemon)
