
Our ginger liqueur has become one of the flagship references in our range of Original Liqueurs. By his notes spicy, it will add exotic notes to your summer aperitifs & digestives! This liqueur comes from macerations carried out in two stages: 1st 8-day maceration of crushed ginger rhizomes (roots) in neutral alcohol, to which we add various spices and citrus fruits (cinnamon, mace, galangal, nutmeg, lemon and orange, sweet as well as bitter). This maceration is then distilled in a still. This distillate is used as a base for 2nd maceration of ginger roots for 5 days. This assembly is then adjusted very lightly with a syrup of sugar and reduced to the degree using Steige spring water, before cold filtration which completes the production.
