
Madoudou liqueur is the exotic touch of the distillery! It is a dark rum liqueur with multiple flavors of cinnamon, various spices, Madagascar vanilla and even bird pepper. “My sweetheart” in West Indian Creole offers you a taste journey to the antipodes of our Alsatian Vosges. This liqueur is made by maceration of spices and vanilla in dark rum for 2 weeks. It is then adjusted with a sugar syrup and reduced to the degree using Steige spring water before cold filtration which perfects the aromas. Tasting notes: • Nose: the smell of rum is very present with hints of vanilla • Mouth: a roundness in the mouth, brought by the sweetness of the liqueur, then come the aromas of the rum and its spices • Finish: the bird's eye pepper remains in final length Usage tips : - Pure as an aperitif or digestive - As a cocktail, lengthened with orange juice and a hint of grenadine syrup - As a topping for rum-raisin iced balls
