
Cassis Supreme is the classic reference for aperitif creams. Very famous in Burgundy, it allows you to enjoy a kir royal, completed with Champagne. This cream will be perfect for your festive aperitifs or for your gourmet desserts. This cream is made by maceration of blackcurrant berries in a mixture of water and neutral alcohol. A maceration of raspberries in alcohol is added to this first infusion to enhance the aromas of red fruits. Adjusted to sugar syrup, filtration completes the production.
