Blackberry cream is a classic reference in our range of creams. Very creamy due to its sweetness, it will be perfect for your aperitif kirs, mixed with a semi-dry white wine or a Crémant d’Alsace. This cream is obtained by maceration of blackberries and raspberries in alcohol. Adjusted with a sugar syrup, it is also reduced to the degree before filtration. Tasting notes: • Nose: discreet and subtle, we still perceive the aromas of a crushed blackberry puree • Mouth: the fruit melts in the mouth, the sweetness brings a lot of roundness • Final: the roundness of the fruit puree remains in the mouth for a long time Usage tips : - In kir with a semi-dry white wine or a Crémant d’Alsace - In cocktails - As a topping for ice cream balls
