Nusbaumer Quince Liqueur - 25° - 70 cl

Our Quince liqueur is part of our “Classics” range, easily bringing back memories of quince jelly prepared by our grandmothers! 
Very round and soft on the palate, it will easily accompany long evenings autumn and winter by the fire.       This liqueur is made by blending quince concentrate and our high-proof Quince brandy. 
She is then reduced to the degree, then adjusted with sugar syrup before cold filtration. Tasting notes: • Nose: very gourmand and fruity • Mouth: soft and fine at the same time, the taste of the fruit is expressed intensely with a slight touch of acidity • Finale: the sweetness lasts with a lingering finish of quince aromas Usage tips : - Pure as a digestive at room temperature or served on ice - In cocktails - In the kitchen with sweet/savoury dishes - In pastries or as a topping for ice cream balls
