Raspberry Cream 18% 70 cl, Briottet Raspberry Liqueur

Crème de Framboise is a raspberry liqueur made from the maceration of raspberries. As with its cousin the blackcurrant, it all starts with a rigorous selection of the variety. 

In fact, there are more than a hundred different raspberries. 

Each with its own color, taste and specificity. For this liqueur we use an old and rustic variety, which produces firm, fleshy, ruby ​​red fruits, very fragrant and slightly tangy. Thus, our generous raspberries macerate for a minimum of two months in a mixture of water and superfine French neutral alcohol. 

It is this step, long but essential, which allows all the finesse and aromatic richness of this small berry to be extracted. Finally, the right dose of French white sugar is added to the infusion thus obtained. 

In this balance, between freshness and creaminess, we find the purity and deliciousness so characteristic of raspberries, to the greatest pleasure of our taste buds! 

As for its color, it is completely natural. 

Indeed, no coloring is added. 

Thus, the color can fade over time through the phenomenon of oxidation.

Alone for purists, accompanied by ice cubes, with a dry or sparkling white wine, or even in a cocktail. What if you revisited one of the greatest classics of mixology, by making a raspberry Margarita. To do this, mix in a shaker 3 cl of Tequila, 1.5 cl of Curaçao Triple Sec, 1.5 cl of raspberry liqueur and 3 cl of lemon juice. 

Then serve in a pre-chilled Margarita glass.
