Find the first Tonka Bean Liqueur here! To begin with, does the tonka bean mean something to you? 

To tell you the truth, we didn't really know this bean. 

Separately, perhaps grated on chocolate desserts, but no more. 

Intrigued, we tried to bite into it! 

Error! 

Imagine biting into a nutmeg? 

On the other hand, we tried it in maceration. After a few weeks, the maceration naturally took on an amber color. 

But above all, an incredible flavor emerged. 

That’s when we said to ourselves that we could create a new liqueur based on Tonka Beans. This is one of our latest ones that we launched in 2018. A liqueur still new on the international spirits market, it will surprise you with its warm notes of vanilla, almond... very characteristic of tonka bean. Since tonka is not produced on French soil, it comes from Brazil. 

A real invitation to travel! 

As for the alcohol that we use for maceration, it is very French, as is the white sugar added in one of the last steps. Certainly one of our most original liqueurs, let yourself be tempted! 

To enjoy it, just add a few ice cubes and it will be perfect for the end of your meal. 

Like our pastry chefs, you can also combine it with your desserts. 

For example in a galette des rois or a tiramisu, it will be ideal. Just like in a cocktail, it will add the final touch. For tonka lovers, there is a good chance that you will also like our Plum Liqueur, which we should also call Plum Kernel Liqueur. 

Both develop an almond flavor that is both warm and comforting.
