
Le Bois Bandé Gingembre mixture for the preparation of 2 liters of arranged rums. Ingredients: Bandaged wood, ginger. Ingredients for the preparation of 1L of arranged rums: 100g cane sugar with spices. 1/2 (35 g) of the mixture for the preparation of arranged rum. 1 liter of 50° white agricultural rum. Preparation: In an empty one-liter glass bottle, add 100g of cane sugar to the spices, then add 35g (i.e. half of the mixture) of the mixture for the preparation of rum arranged in the bottle. Afterwards, you fill the bottle with preferably 50 degree white agricultural rum, then you shake the bottle until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Finally, you leave your bottle of arranged rum to macerate for 5 to 7 days, preferably in a warm place. After this time, your bottle of arranged rum is ready for tasting as is or in a cocktail.
