Charismatic and curious Gemini like to celebrate both sides of the twins in them so we’ve created a bitter with notes of citrus, mint and lemongrass and to bring them back to center, we’ve added wormwood, dandelion and orris root. Agave brings further balance. Bitter-tasting food and drink are gaining popularity as we recognize the sweetening of our culture has not served us well.
