Pasta - Malloreddus Piccoli with Squid Ink 500g - Typical Sardinian Product

Malloreddus have the shape of thin striped shells. The Piccoli are a type of Malloreddus typical of Northern Sardinia with a maximum length of 1 cm.       The typical preparation of Malloreddus is "Campidanese style", i.e. with sausage and saffron but their roughness allows them to be cooked with all sauces.       The slow drying and the origin of the semolina, only Sardinian, give the product its uniqueness, recalling the traditions of Sardinia.
