Due to an extreme climate, the honey from the autochthonous montane flora is collected mainly during the short summer, from which it takes advantage of its lively light, originating a traditional product with an intense dark amber color, sprinkled with reddish tones. Natural montane flora honeys collected by our bees have unique characteristics, so that if we want to take advantage of all the qualities they can provide us, it is advisable to take them directly, savoring them in the mouth for as long as possible before ingesting them.
