With a captivating and ancient woody flavor with light acid notes and an extremely long-lasting fragrant aroma, it shows us vivid colors that range from amber to dark ocher tones. The tendency to medium crystallization in fine and delicate crystals stands out. The natural honeys from eucalyptus flowers collected by our bees have unique characteristics, so that if we want to take advantage of them, it is advisable to take them directly, savoring them in the mouth for as long as possible before ingesting them. To make them more manageable in those cases where they are preferred diluted, it is recommended, at most, to heat them in a “bath-marie” at a temperature that never exceeds 40º to avoid the loss of attributes.
