Raspberry nougat

An exceptional nougat, with Ile de France hazelnuts, made with honey from the rooftops of Paris and dehydrated red fruits cooked in fruit leather. #Honey Honey under the strawberries is produced by our bees fed directly by our gardens. This natural flower honey without additives is harvested by Gaël, our beekeeper and transformed into nougats by his pastry chef at the honey house.
