Organic & PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Old Fashioned Taste, Monovarietal: Myrtoo. Myrtoo olive oil, the know-how of Nikos and Tasos Stamatakos. Myrtoo olive oil from producer Nikos Stamatakos is pressed in the village of Molaoi, Laconia. The olives that make this oil are harvested during the last Greek harvest period: in February, after ripening: it is an old-fashioned taste (also called, dark fruity). Unlike the fruity green, it has much less ardor and bitterness. Artisanal olive oil: pressed to perfection for incomparable flavors. Organic Myrtoo old-fashioned matured olive oil is monovarietal (Koroneiki variety), IGP Laconie. Thanks to the know-how of the producer, who has been offering his organic farming products for more than 50 years, this oil has a real aromatic richness, with very sweet notes of hazelnuts, with a peppery side and very slightly spicy notes. Organic monovarietal Koroneiki PGI Laconia olive oil: an aromatic delight for all dishes. This olive oil will suit any type of dish, both sweet and savory. While having a delicious taste, it will allow your food to retain its aromas. We recommend it cold in the salad, to make a mayonnaise or as a drizzle on fish, on autumn vegetables, but also on potatoes in the oven or in marinade. Great for cooking!
