We like to marinate meat with it before it goes on the grill or in the pan. It is also excellent as a seasoning for ramen and other soups. A little experimentation and creativity open all doors to the chilli crunch in its application. Important application note: The crunch contains a high proportion of high-quality oils in which the chillies are fried. The warm oils absorb the flavor of the spices beautifully, so the oil is an important part of the end product. It also makes the crunch easier to portion: The solid components settle to the bottom during storage because we don't use emulsifiers - these have no place in a natural food. Therefore, just before each use, simply stir the contents of the glass up to the bottom with a clean spoon so that all the ingredients mix, and then pour onto the food as desired. Another positive side effect: the oil also acts as a natural preservative. This keeps the contents of the opened jar longer - please store in the fridge after opening. Can be kept for 9 months from delivery. Storage dry and protected from light at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume immediately.
