Johannes King's baking mix in a glass bottle brings a delicious rose cake straight from Sylt to the oven and onto the kitchen table. The wonderful rose aroma leaves no tooth dry. Kings Sylter Rosenkuchen contains wheat flour, almond semolina, sugar and baking powder. Of course, the dried rose blossoms from the Sylt dog rose "Rosa Rugosa" should not be missing. The layered ingredients from the glass bottle only have to be mixed with 100g butter and two eggs at home. Beat in the butter until fluffy, gradually add the egg and continue beating for about three minutes. Then add King's Rose Baking Mixture and mix for another two minutes. Grease a cake tin with melted butter, sprinkle with flour or almond semolina and bake at 170 degrees circulating air and medium level for about 35 minutes.
