 Vintage: 2021 THE CLOS OF JARS 🍇 Minervois, Languedoc 12 hectares of certified organic and demeter vines at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in Laure and Caunes Minervois. A historic terroir which has beautiful things to deliver. Vivien took over his parents' vines in 2010 with one objective: more cooperative cellars and working the vines according to the precepts of biodynamics, essential for him.
