Jocelyn from the brewery l’Effet Papillon did us the honor of coming to the brewery to concoct this Cold IPA. On the product side, we tried to create a beer with extreme drinkability while offering a large hoppy palette, perfect for the return of the terraces! The result: an ultra crisp and dry beer where the hops express themselves through resinous and citrus notes. The finish is cereal, with a hint of bitterness to return too quickly.
