Indeed, we continue to develop our DDH IPA in order to find the best possible support to make the hops sing! Here it is a Simcoe and Talus duo. On the nose it is explosive, the hops transport you to a botanical garden with its floral and vegetal notes. On the palate, very juicy flavors of white-fleshed fruit take over. Everything is enhanced with a mix of two English yeasts for a good haze with a silky texture. Dangerously pintable! As with all our beers, a QR code offers a playlist, each beer has its own style.
