Pita bread

Our pita is made in a family business in Greece. 

After working for more than 20 years in Pita manufacturing, Evangelos decided to open his own business with his 3 sons.   Our pita is made to be opened in 2 and filled. 

The rye flour brings a real consistency to the pita, thus resembling a fresh pita. Once opened, the sachet can be kept for 4 days in the refrigerator, tightly closed. 

If the bag is unopened, the customer can freeze the pitas for up to 12 months.

 They are ideal with our mézés for a Greek aperitif!
