extra chocolaty drinking cocoa with 65% Criollo fine flavor cocoa

The chocolaty drink powder with 65% cocoa, based on the slightly de-oiled Criollo fine flavor cocoa from Atalaya in Peru. In taste and consistency like a classic drinking cocoa from the street café: beautifully chocolaty, at the same time flowery and only subtly sweetened with raw cane sugar. The raw materials are fairly traded from organic cooperatives in South America. Thoroughly stir 2-3 heaped teaspoons/15g drinking cocoa in hot liquid (preferably with a mini whisk, milk frother), and add water and (plant-based) milk to 200ml to taste. Stir occasionally.
