chocolaty drinking cocoa with 80% Criollo fine cocoa and maca, unsweetened

The super chocolaty drink powder with 80% cocoa, based on the slightly de-oiled Criollo fine flavor cocoa from Atalaya in Peru. In taste and consistency like a classic drinking cocoa from grandma's time: completely unsweetened but with a nice chocolaty taste. Rounded off with 13% powerful and creamy maca root and a hint of sea salt to enhance the taste. The raw materials are fairly traded from organic cooperatives in South America. Thoroughly stir 2-3 heaped teaspoons of drinking cocoa in some hot liquid (preferably with a mini whisk, milk frother), and add water and (plant-based) milk to 200ml to taste. Stir occasionally.
