Fish soup "Donibane"

The vegetables used in our soup come from local farming and are preserved in organic olive oil. We select our fish at the Ciboure auction, such as gurnard, weever, conger as well as the “star” fish of the Basque country, hake. The little touch of Espelette pepper that we add will awaken the taste buds of even the most gourmet.
