Pork’spice pork terrine

Pork terrine, also known as pork spice, is an original creation invented by the Ferme du Moulin des Chartreux. 
It is made with lean pork, organic Pilat apples, gingerbread, eggs, salt, pepper and cognac.
 He won 3rd prize in the Loire Department innovative farm products competition. You will also find this pork spice in the charcuterie platter.
