The product is obtained from the extraction and concentration of the "Dottato" fig from Cosenza, Calabria - Italy, grown and harvested in the Artibel lands. 

One of a kind, Fig Essence, also defined as Molasses, is a natural condiment, without the addition of preservatives, chemical additives or colorings. 

A fresh, genuine and authentic product. TASTING: Product is ready for use. 

Excellent when paired with cheeses. 

It can be used to season salads and grilled meat and vegetables, rather than ice cream, cakes, yoghurt and particular desserts of the chef's imagination.
