White wine IGT Calabrese Malvasia and Sauvignon Cantine Russo & Longo

White IGT Calabria Obtained from Malvasia and Sauvignon blanc grapes grown in our Strongoli vineyards, with espalier training and north-east exposure, on clayey-limestone soil. After a controlled temperature vinification it is bottled and left to age for a few months. With a straw yellow color, a set of enveloping aromas ranging from exotic fruit to floral and a spicy note in the finish; a full and soft taste with an excellent persistence in the aftertaste. It goes very well with hors d'oeuvres, fish first courses, delicate or aromatic dishes.
