Our Fenugreek is cultivated in India, in the state of Rajasthan. It has a characteristic, strong odor which is used in the term "fenugreek odor". The powerful aroma of fenugreek is similar to that of celery or lovage. It is also reminiscent of maple syrup. Fenugreek has aperitif properties. It is a great source of vegetable protein and suitable for vegetarian dishes. Widely used in Moroccan cuisine, and also in Indian cuisine for the preparation of Dhals.
