Brandy from Marc de Jasnières

The Marc de Jasnières from the Distillerie du Sonneur releases strong, woody aromas ending with flinty notes characteristic of our terroir. Pure or in the kitchen, let your imagination carry you through this creation. We harvest the Chenin grape marc just after pressing at Domaine Gigou in the Jasnières appellation. The destemmed marc, from organic farming, is then fermented in our cellars and distilled in our Holstein still. After fermentation of the marc, the distillate ages in stainless steel barrels to preserve its aromas. Aging for at least 3 months makes it possible to obtain a fine eau de vie, where the aromas are fully expressed. 50% vol. Clear glass bottles of 50cl and 20cl. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
