This brandy can be consumed both as an aperitif and at the end of a meal. Atypical with vegetable aromas, it can also accompany your desserts, such as a walnut or pine nut tart. This brandy is obtained by macerating Mullein flowers (also called Bouillon blanc) in organic wheat brandy. Distillation in our Holstein still allows us to obtain a fine eau de vie, with marked notes. Once distilled, the alcohol is aged in stainless steel barrels (minimum 1 to 3 months). Before bottling, we added a few mullein flower petals to color our brandy. 45% vol. Clear glass bottles of 50cl and 20cl. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
