SOLIGNY Chant du Coq N°2 Malted barley brandy

MALTED BARLEY BRAND NEW LIFE 46% vol. –70 cl Fresh, licorice notes like an autumn morning combine with aromas of golden thatch and chestnut. Serve neat or topped up with a dash of sparkling water, as an Irish coffee... as desired. Color: Natural, orange-gold. The concentration of the perfumes may cause a slight cloudiness in the bottle. Our alcohols are neither filtered nor colored to preserve all the flavors and aromas. Cereals: 100% Planet spring barley malt, grown without chemicals from sowing to harvest on our plots. Harvest of July 20, 2020. Distillation: Summer Fall 2021. By preserving the grains using a slow and frugal process to preserve the character and aromas of our malt. Barrels: The eaux-de-vie are aged for an average of 12 months in fine-grained French oak barrels. A few barrels of great Burgundy wines were also used to highlight the flavors of the malt.
